"Changes" to help you in good times or bad

Six months ago, the economy was booming. Stock prices rise, interest rates are still low, and unemployment is falling. A few months later, all these indicators in opposite directions. Now it is difficult to tell from day to day where we are.
I am optimistic that the current situation is likely short-term and long-term growth of the good times. But this does not mean that it will not deep dips and in some cases, along the way. The question is: Have you ever put it to take advantage of the good and bad times in the review?

It is expected that as well as others. Fortunately, there are "changes" that you can take that will serve you well on both.

1. Get out of debt. The sooner the better. You can not take advantage of opportunities when you're mired in debt. There are opportunities in good times and bad. 4. Become capitalism. Pledged assets, liabilities and the rest - things that cost money to own and maintain. Capitalism is not a dirty word. 5. Be flexible. Things are changing at a rapid pace. This requires the ability to adapt. Things remain the same, and return to the way it used to be. We must be willing to change direction quickly. It's time to weave and dodge. It is time to accept the change. Transformation happen!
